Placing an order online:
Go to the Online Catalogue and select the category of product that you require; either Black Puddings, White Puddings, Sausages, Lancashire Cheese or Savoury Ducks.
There are different pack sizes displayed in each product category. If you want to purchase a pack, simply click the 'Add' button to the right hand side of the product. To select more than 1 pack, simply type the quantity in the quantity box and then press 'Add'.
A summary of your order will then be displayed. To continue shopping, simply click the 'Continue Shopping' button. If you have made an error with your order, select the 'Remove' box for items that you want to delete or type in a new quantity in the quantity box and then press update. Your revised order will be displayed. To complete your order, select 'Go To Checkout'.
Complete the Invoice Address details and the Delivery Address (if this is different from the Invoice Address). Select the appropriate delivery charge and any special instructions, then press 'Continue'. If you have forgotten anything at this point, you still have the opportunity to back to your basket.
If there is anything missing from your order, you will be prompted before you can continue with placing the order.
Complete your payment details and click 'Confirm Order'. You will receive a confirmation message when your order has been sent.
Placing an order by mail:
Simply print our order form, complete and send to our offices with either a cheque or using your credit card to:
