with Potato, Onion & Garlic

Method
Using your tower steam pans. Half to three quarter fill your bottom pan with water.
Potatoes, onion and garlic clove into first tier of steamer.
Wrap your Bacon around the black pudding, secure with a cocktail stick and place them into the second tier of your tower pans.
This enables the juices to drip over your potatoes. Simmer until your potatoes & onions are ready to mash.
Add salt, pepper and a large table spoon of mayonnaise to your potatoes, onion & garlic, then mash them together. You are now ready to serve.
Warm your dinner plate and serve up the mash, then place your black pudding and bacon wrap on top.

1 or 2 Black pudding rings
1 or 2 slices of Bacon(thick cut is best)
1 Medium sized onion
1 Clove of garlic
Potatoes
Salt and pepper
Mayonnaise
Milk
