Black Pudding Hash or Stew
Cut your Black Pudding in to large chunks and add to your pan of hash or stew!
Black Pudding Cannelloni
Remove black pudding skin and fill the cannelloni with the black pudding. Cover the black pudding cannelloni with a tomato based sauce such as dolmio, top with cheese and then bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Brandy & Stilton Black Pudding
Pierce the skin of the black pudding or remove completely, then soak in brandy overnight. Cover with grated stilton cheese then place under the grill.
