All orders placed on our website are despatched by the DPD Group.

What to expect from DPD

1. Notification alerts as soon as DPD receives your order via your email and mobile

2. One hour delivery notification between 8am - 11am on the day of your delivery

3. Change your delivery on the app or online to a DPD Pickup Shop (over 2500 in the UK)

4. Not going to be in but have a safe place where your pacel can be left? Upload a photo and the driver will follow your instructions

Our delivery cost will remain the same for England and Wales and will give improved rates for some areas of Scotland.
