Ingredients

  • 12oz thin sliced bury black/chilli pudding
  • 1 white cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 3lb potatoes
  • 8fl,oz chicken stock
  • Fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper

Method

Step 1

Simply layer all ingredients in a casserole dish, cover tightly and cook in oven at 170degrees for 2hours

Step 2

Uncover for last 30mins to brown the top.

Step 3

Serve with crusty bread.
