Ingredients

For each person:

  • 1 or 2 slices of good black/chilli pudding
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 small cooking apple

How to Cook

Method

Step 1

Fry slices of black/chilli pudding in a little oil with the garlic.

Step 2

When done, remove and keep warm.

Step 3

Quickly fry the apple, peeled, cored and sliced, in the same pan until soft.

Step 4

Garnish the black/chilli pudding slices with the apple and serve as a starter.
