Black Pudding & Bacon Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 Black pudding rings
  • 1 or 2 slices of Bacon (thick cut is best)
  • 1 Medium sized onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Potatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mayonnaise
  • Milk

How to Cook

Method

Step 1

Using your tower steam pans.

Step 2

Half to three quarter fill your bottom pan with water.

Step 3

Potatoes, onion and garlic clove into first tier of steamer.

Step 4

Wrap your Bacon around the black pudding, secure with a cocktail stick and place them into the second tier of your tower pans. This enables the juices to drip over your potatoes.

Step 5

Simmer until your potatoes & onions are ready to mash.

Step 6

Add salt, pepper and a large table spoon of mayonnaise to your potatoes, onion & garlic, then mash them together.

Step 7

You are now ready to serve. Warm your dinner plate and serve up the mash, then place your black pudding and bacon wrap on top. Enjoy!
