  • Black pudding rings
  • Potatoes
  • Cabbage
  • Bacon
  • Cream
  • Mustard

How to Cook

Method

Step 1

Boil some potatoes ready for mashing.

Step 2

Pan fry some bacon until crispy and then add some chopped cabbage.

Step 3

Fry until soft and set aside.

Step 4

Mash the potatoes with butter and milk and stir in the cabbage and bacon.

Step 5

Put on the hob on a low heat. In the same frying pan add some double cream and wholegrain mustard, bring to the boil and simmer, serve in a separate jug.

Step 6

Serve with whole black puddings.
