Ingredients

  • Black pudding
  • 2 x poached eggs
  • 2 x slices French Stick

How to Cook

Method

Step 1

Cut 2 slices from a french stick, about 2.5 cms thick

Step 2

Fry the bread

Step 3

Use 2 slices of Black pudding approx 1 to 1.5 cms thick, cooked to your liking

Step 4

Poach 2 eggs

Step 5

Place the pudding slices on the bread and serve the eggs on top of the pudding. Excellent as it is or alongside bacon!
