Method
Simply layer all ingredients in a casserole dish,cover tightly and cook in oven at 170degrees for 2hours,uncover for last 30mins to brown the top. serve with crusty bread.
Ingredients
12oz thin sliced bury black/chilli pudding,1 white cabbage,1 onion,3lb potatoes, 8fl,oz chicken stock,fresh thyme,salt and pepper.
