Fry slices of black/chilli pudding in a little oil with the garlic. When done, remove and keep warm. Quickly fry the apple, peeled, cored and sliced, in the same pan until soft.
Garnish the black/chilli pudding slices with the apple and serve as a starter.
For each person:
1 or 2 slices of good black/chilli pudding
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 small cooking apple
