with Cabbage & Bacon Mash

Method
Boil some potatoes ready for mashing. Pan fry some bacon until crispy and then add some chopped cabbage. Fry until soft and set aside. Mash the potatoes with butter and milk and stir in the cabbage and bacon. Put on the hob on a low heat. In the same frying pan add some double cream and wholegrain mustard, bring to the boil and simmer, serve in a seperate jug. Serve with whole black puddings.
