Method
Slice black/chilli pudding into 1/4 " slices, fry both sides.
Fry slices of apple.
Place apple on black/chilli pudding
Ingredients
Black/Chilli Pudding & Apple. (If more guests turn up than you expected, this is a superb way of spinning out roast rolled saddle of venison or whatever your meat dish is. You can prepare it right at the last moment. It turns a crisis into a tour de force!)
