with Large Mushrooms, creamy mushroom sauce and grated Stilton Cheese.
To make this delicious stack, pop 2 large mushrooms in the oven, on a high temperature, for roughly 15 minutes, in a shallow dish with a minimal amount of oil. Turn Mushrooms half way through.
When you turn the mushrooms, it is a perfect time to start lightly frying your Black/Chilli Pudding, and make a quick mushroom sauce.
When all is ready, place one mushroom in the centre of a plate, and stack on top with peice of black/chilli pudding, followed by another mushroom, again followed by another slice of black/chilli pudding.
Top with your mushroom sauce, and sprinkle some grated stilton cheese on top, put back in the oven, until the cheese has melted.
Perfect as a light meal or as a starter.
